Moisture Wicking
Merino wool is the best fiber to regulate moisture. It does this by absorbing sweat from your skin and releasing it into the air. Whether you're hiking, running, biking, on the job, or just relaxing at home, our wool helps keep you dry and comfortable all day long.
Soft & Comfortable
Merino wool fibers are much finer than traditional wool, creating a luxuriously soft feel that won’t itch or irritate your skin. Comfortable enough for everyday wear and gentle enough for sensitive skin, it’s a natural choice for underwear, base layers and next-to-skin comfort.
Highly Breathable
Merino wool’s unique structure allows air to circulate freely, helping to regulate your body temperature in both hot and cold weather conditions. Whether you're layering up for winter or staying cool in summer, Merino keeps you comfortable by letting your skin breathe.
Anti-Microbial
Merino wool naturally resists odor-causing bacteria, keeping you fresher for longer. No lingering smells, even after extended wear. Perfect for travel, outdoor adventures, and everyday life.
Insulates When Wet
Merino wool can hold up to 30% of its weight in moisture without feeling wet or clammy against the skin. Unlike cotton or synthetic fabrics, it keeps insulating when damp, making it a smart choice for unpredictable weather and high-output activity.
Fire Resistant
Merino wool is naturally fire-resistant and self-extinguishing. It will not melt or stick to your skin like synthetic fabrics. A trusted option for first responders, campfire safety, or any high-heat environment.
UV Protection
Our Merino wool clothing helps protect you from the sun’s harmful rays, with different levels of UPF based on fabric weight:
Microweight (145 GSM): UPF 20
Lightweight (170 GSM): UPF 25
Midweight (235 GSM): UPF 50+
Heavyweight (400 GSM): UPF 50+
These natural UV-blocking properties make Merino wool ideal for long days or the beach or above treeline.
Renewable and Sustainable
Merino wool is a natural, biodegradable fiber with a low environmental footprint. Grown by Australian Merino sheep and shorn seasonally, it is a renewable material that supports responsible farming practices.
Keeps hands nice and warm and are as described so 4 stars.
NOTE: I do NOT always give glowing reviews like this. Companies and products must EARN a good review and these truly did. I personally wrote every word of this review, there was no generated AI slop involved in this review. My Review:1) These gloves are excellent. They are warm, made from superior materials and just plain awesome!2) The company is amazing, period.I had to exchange mine for a different style, and they were super helpful when most other companies would have just ghosted me. Minus33 really does care about its customers and it shows. I was blown away by their commitment to service. So here's the deal: Yes they are expensive, but they are VERY HIGH QUALITY MITTENS and put the $20 trash that most places sell to shame. Obviously don't buy these for some kid who loses 6 pairs of gloves per winter, but if you are serious about wanting a well-made, high quality product from a company that isn't just pumping out garbage, then you these are the gloves for you. They are worth every penny and I don't mind paying for a quality product that will last for a long time.If you are serious about the things you buy, then buy these mittens right now.
Very warm and great for snowboarding/ cold weather. I wanted to retire my Burton snowboarding gloves and was shopping around. minus33 has good reviews on their products and these gloves were no exception. They're warm and stay dry when getting covered in snow. I like how they go past my sleeves and the wrist wraps are great to keep track of them when they're off your hands!
These appear to run a little large, so don’t size up even if you’re looking for a little extra room. For me, the trigger design is the way to go. It is just the right balance between the warmth of a mitten and the dexterity of a glove. These feel nice on the inside, but aren’t quite as form-fitting as my Hestras. Those break in like a favorite shoe over time. I don’t expect these to do that to the same extent. But, for the price, I can’t complain too much.
