Allergy reaction

I recently purchased this wool blanket, and while it’s warm and well-made, I’ve noticed it’s been triggering some unexpected severe allergic reactions like a runny nose and constant sneezing. As someone who regularly uses wool without any issues, this has me wondering if there’s something specific in the materials or treatment of this blanket that might be causing the reaction, as soon as I put it away the sneezing stops . It’s also heavier than most of the wool blankets I own, which adds to my curiosity.
