    Susanna - :

I LOVE these bottoms! I got these with the Expedition top and they are fantastic. I work outside on boats in the northeast and so far have been in temperatures down to the 30's with a strong wind chill factor. I can confidently say these have kept me very warm despite these conditions! They are not bulky or itchy, don't have any irritating seams or tags. All in all a wonderful product that I would recommend to anyone who wants to be warm and comfortable! Thanks for a great quality product!

Great pants, can layer for colder days or wear solo if the weather is around 40 degrees. Not itchy or bulky, I bought these for an upcoming trip to Iceland in March. I got to test them out in a recent blizzard and will definitely be buying more pairs!!!! I'm about an 18 and bought an XL, they fit good.

Base Layer
Base Layer

Think of your Base Layer as your second skin. These are your first layers on and your last layers off. These foundation layers should be thermal, moisture-wicking, and breathable. Proper layering of your garments is very important and in extreme cases may save your life. Consider your activities carefully and plan for the unexpected.

Mid Layer
Mid Layer

The Mid Layer is your second layer. It should provide insulation, and be breathable. It can also be an outer layer if weather permits. Proper layering of your garments is very important and in extreme cases may save your life. Consider your activities carefully and plan for the unexpected.

Regular Fit
Regular Fit

Standard fit with a little bit of room, but not baggy. Works best as a base layer, or when worn alone. Can also be worn as a mid or insulating layer. If you are looking for a tighter, athletic fit, try going to the next size down.

Flat Lock Seams
Flat Lock Seams

Flat lock seams allow for ultimate comfort, preventing chafing and allowing your clothes to move with you. Flat lock seams are stronger, helping your garments last.

Gusseted
Gusset

A gusset is a diamond shaped piece of fabric sewn into a garment to add breadth or reduce stress in a particular area. Common areas where gussets can be found are at the shoulders, underarms, hem, and crotch.
